October 15, 2023It was a really good place to live, now it feels like they want to control residents on everything, not allowing residents to have anything outside the apartments even on the porch, we used to have grills now we’re not allowed, they put one grill for about 150 people, residents get charged for lighting outside the apartments and now they will start charging for paying with a debit cardReview from Apartments.com

August 12, 2015This is the perfect location if you want to have quick access to the freeways, mall and great restaurants. It has a great outdoor space as well as being next to a walking path. It is a nice community to live in in the Tigard area.Review from Apartments.com
