I don't love that management conducted a covert inspection of our apartments, presumably looking for unannounced animals, under the guise of inspecting the maintenance quality of our units. I had several items to address but all that happened was two people entering into my apartment, one engaging me in brief polite (distracting) conversation while the wordlessly other snooped around my unit for about 30 seconds, then they both left without a word. They do not care about the condition of the ...

apartment and do not trust their residents. I don't love being lied to, simply put. Please do not do this in the future, as it is pretty disrespectful and insulting.

New management acquired the complex just before I moved here and have been making improvements and changes since I arrived.. however.. With a badly designed AI system that only serves to confuse residents, a maintenance team that often only half fixes the problems they address and a general lack of consideration from management, my time here has been mediocre thus far to say the least.
