October 3, 2025Soy residente de este complejo hace un mes exactamente y cuando realice mi solicitud de renta pedí incluir las lavadoras, el día que me mudé no estaban las lavadoras y me dijeron que no las avían solicitado porque podía ser que no me mudara, entonces ese día las solicité nuevamente y me dijeron que demoraban de 15 a 30 días. Ayer jueves hacía 29 días y después de aver venido en varias ocasiones a la oficina a preguntar por las lavadoras decidí venir una ves mas y preguntar, me dijeron que tenían ...unas lavadoras en el local de mantenimiento pero no sabían cómo para que apartamento eran y que el personal de mantenimiento no estaba en el complejo hasta el lunes, hoy viernes paso frente a la oficina y veo personas de mantenimiento y una ves mas decido preguntar y la respuesta en esta ocasión es que si hay personas de mantenimiento pero el jefe de mantenimiento no está hasta el lunes es y el es el único que puede saber para que apartamento son las lavadoras.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2025El primer día que nos mudamos nos entregaron el apartamento sin aire acondicionado con una temperatura de 42 grados y tenemos un bebé de un año de edad nos tuvimos que ir a dormir a u hotel y no nos reiteraron el dinero pasaron 20 días más y el aire lo medio arreglaron ya prende pero se congelaba hasta que tuve que molestarme ir a la oficina y ahí si vinieron también dejaron el apartamento sucio con un mueble y otras cosas tiradas, el ducto de tina tapado y el triturador también estaba dañado , ...esa fue mi primera experiencia aquí pero veamos cómo funcionó a partir de ahora, aparte la atención de la oficina es muy mala la señorita es groseraProperty Manager Responded
