Nice staff and building overall. Elevators not working sometimes is an issue though. The amount of I parked (double parked) cars out front sometimes is a really messy look. I absolutely hate the public garage and Cooper's Hawk.

Great place to live- good views and spacious floor plans- and in a great area too, Oak Park is a wonderful place and lake street has so much to offer all on it's own. The only drawback is the rent is pretty expensive.

I love how well maintained the building and the units are! Can’t beat the location. I would say live on a higher floor if u want to avoid noise from below.

Comfortable and conveniently located apartment complex. This is right by the Amtrak and Green Line train station, and there are so many shops and restaurants on Lake that you can walk to.
