July 7, 2025Changes There seems to be a lot of rotation of staff and policies. I wish these changes were made with more clarity. Rent "late"-notices issued less than 24 hours after the first of the month. Ever shifting office personnel is puzzling as well. I am also unsure of building-structure maintenance and what contractors are on hand to assure safety, because I was assured of my apartment's safety despite the large gaping crack that ran across my entire bedroom ceiling.
