August 2, 2025Love this place. Have been heretics 2016. Was in one bedroom. In 2017 I moved into 2 bed 2 baths. The hospitality from the management is awesome . Though I have my own transportation, there 8s bus station right in front of the apt. Bay fair mall, bay fair bartender few mins work. Starbucks, Chiles and target, kohlsand sophomore around the corner. I will recommend here to anyone.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025Although for the most part the community is quiet I have experienced noises from the neighbor upstairs and next door. I’ve seen people leave trash around the community especially when using the common area such as the picnic area. I do like that the office and maintenance staff have responded when any maintenance issues need to be addressed especially when we had a major leak from our neighbor on the 3rd floor.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024I like these apts for the most part. Bills I feel are definitely higher then should be. I had a 4br2bath prior to moving here plus 4 of our kids living with us, never did we receive trash, water, or electric bills as high as living in thus 1bd apt which is crazy. So make sure you factor in at least a additional $600-$700 for bills ontop of rent.Property Manager Responded
