Everything is done in a timely manner, community is really quiet and staff are nice. The fitness room is okay but I feel it could use a bit of an update.

Community is nice, the new management company has made some positive changes to the area. There are some hurdles but what neighborhood doesn't have them? I have lived here for 7 years so far, so I can appreciate the improvements.

It could be better they charge too much money for the rent and the laundry rooms are always broken/paying a lot for water and trash and other charges I just moved in to a upgrade unit and now I'm seeing mice my unit appliances were not new the shower is missing paint around the shower faucets stove old

Good day, I have been living at Renew Parkville formerly Oakleigh and my living is wonderful, quiet, stress free and I am loving it. I will say the community around the the complex is very quiet. I love my play area my grandson is loving every bit of that. Property manager and front staff are very welcoming I would recommend any one to this complex.

Dealing with a HORRID mice infestation issue and exterminator is being sent out but nothing is helping. It’s so bad you can hear them crawling in the walls at night and when you wake up in the morning are all in your children’s bed, the couch, along the baseboards, the kitchen, etc. Leasing doesn’t seem to care or offer any type of discount on the ridiculous rent. I’d stay here and renew my lease if it wasn’t for this issue. It’s just not justifiable. I cannot wait to get out.
