March 1, 2026The service in this building is extremely poor. Cold air is coming through the windows, which is completely unacceptable in a city like Chicago where winters are very harsh. The kitchen cabinets are very old and give off an unpleasant smell. Instead of properly fixing or replacing them, management simply paints over them and thinks the problem is solved. Whenever we raise concerns, they just say there is nothing they can do instead of actually resolving the issues. Overall, the management does ...not take responsibility for maintaining the property properly.Property Manager Responded

March 1, 2026If there are any request that includes maintenance it takes a bit but they have been getting better at it. The only thing and it’s not really fault of the management team but the tenants is there are dog owners not picking up after their dogs especially in the dog Park.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026I have lived here for almost 15 years and for the most part it has been a pleasant experience. Maintenance has been more prompt the last year. My biggest complaint is when the garbage dumpsters are not put in the proper place after garbage collection. Keep up the good work!Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026They gave me a huge hassle about having an ESA dog. It’s against the law to charge you for an ESA animal. I did it online to specifically have an emotional support.
