October 11, 2025The guest pass parking situation is terrible. To limit a person who pays rent on how many times a guest can come visit over night (6 guest passes a month) is ridiculous and changing the extended guest passes from 2 weeks to 1 week now makes it worse when I travel for work a lot and need someone to care for my animals when I’m gone or when I have children who come visit and like to stay with me from time to time. Guests have to leave by 10pm if you don’t have a pass and they definitely will tow ...your car right at 10pm.Property Manager Responded
