    The service in this building is extremely poor. Cold air is coming through the windows, which is completely unacceptable in a city like Chicago where winters are very harsh. The kitchen cabinets are very old and give off an unpleasant smell. Instead of properly fixing or replacing them, management simply paints over them and thinks the problem is solved. Whenever we raise concerns, they just say there is nothing they can do instead of actually resolving the issues. Overall, the management does ...

    If there are any request that includes maintenance it takes a bit but they have been getting better at it. The only thing and it’s not really fault of the management team but the tenants is there are dog owners not picking up after their dogs especially in the dog Park.

    I have lived here for almost 15 years and for the most part it has been a pleasant experience. Maintenance has been more prompt the last year. My biggest complaint is when the garbage dumpsters are not put in the proper place after garbage collection. Keep up the good work!

    Our experience here is greatly appreciated. We are blessed to have found a home here. The kids are close to their schools. I love that the school bus stops here and we don’t have to walk too far. The amenities are great and the kids enjoy the pool during the summer. We thank you.

    I like living here. The amenities are really nice. I love the gym because I don’t have to go far to work out. I also like the summer time because there are lots of fun things to do. Barbecue area are pleasant and always clean

    They gave me a huge hassle about having an ESA dog. It’s against the law to charge you for an ESA animal. I did it online to specifically have an emotional support. Then they proceeded to give me grief. Get a doctors note all the while stressing me out. I could go on and on

    It has been good living here but I just don’t like all the fees that come with it and also the increase in rent. Having to pay utilities separately doesn’t make much sense to me. I wish it was included like my other apartment was

    I had a pleasant 8 yrs stay .. my longest at any apartment. Needless to say the duration and lease renewal year on year says it all. I have to relocate and hence moving out.
