Terrible support
June 22, 2025Property maintenance is horrid. Management staff treats any sort of issue as if it wasn’t important. I recently had AC issues, only after it took them a week to replace the ac did they get me a new one. The new one is not adequate for a tiny apartment. The maintenance team uses cheap methods of fixing problems. During a heat wave having a living space be ONE DEGREE cooler than the outside temperature is unacceptable.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2025My move-in experience to here to the renew apartment w good. While I did have some trouble at first in the beginning, the leasing staff was still helpful. When I arrived, the unit was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated how organized everything was—the keys were ready, the utilities were set up, and I had no issues accessing the building or parking. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations, with modern appliances and a comfortable layout. The ...neighbors I met were friendly, and the overall community had a welcoming vibe. I also liked how quiet and secure the area felt, which made settling in much easier. Overall, it was a great start to this new chapter, and I’m looking forward to making this place feel like home. March 9, 2025A nice place to live. Close to many stores, restaurants and the library. Maintenance always fixes our requests in a timely manner. We like watching the duck pond from our balcony. November 6, 2024They waited 30mins prior to me going to pick up my keys to tell me that my apartment wasn’t ready and offered me a couple more, when I picked my apartment and moved everything upstairs the keys did not work to get in and they keep pressing me to change my renters insurance address like I didn’t have a million and one things to do because of the apartment switch and they new that!Property Manager Responded
