January 23, 2026The apartment is great with functioning amenities and fast acting maintenance crews. The laundry facilities are left untouched by apartment staff so lint and grime build up, which makes washing my clothes feel unsatisfactory.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2026Renew prairie park is in a convenient location to stores and restaurants. Our apartment on the middle floor stays very warm during the winter. I also like the view of the duck pond. The grounds outside are well kept up, salted sidewalks during winter help a lot. We’ve had some problems with management in the past, just depends who you talk to. Overall I’m happy with our apartment home although rent does increase with every new lease period.Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2025I love how peaceful and respectful the neighbor is. I love the clean amenities and the designs and colors of the apartments and I loveeee the pond views. Terrible support
June 22, 2025Property maintenance is horrid. Management staff treats any sort of issue as if it wasn’t important. I recently had AC issues, only after it took them a week to replace the ac did they get me a new one. The new one is not adequate for a tiny apartment. The maintenance team uses cheap methods of fixing problems. During a heat wave having a living space be ONE DEGREE cooler than the outside temperature is unacceptable.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2025My move-in experience to here to the renew apartment w good. While I did have some trouble at first in the beginning, the leasing staff was still helpful. When I arrived, the unit was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated how organized everything was—the keys were ready, the utilities were set up, and I had no issues accessing the building or parking. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations, with modern appliances and a comfortable layout. The ...neighbors I met were friendly, and the overall community had a welcoming vibe. I also liked how quiet and secure the area felt, which made settling in much easier. Overall, it was a great start to this new chapter, and I’m looking forward to making this place feel like home.
