January 1, 2026Renew prairie park is in a convenient location to stores and restaurants. Our apartment on the middle floor stays very warm during the winter. I also like the view of the duck pond. The grounds outside are well kept up, salted sidewalks during winter help a lot. We’ve had some problems with management in the past, just depends who you talk to. Overall I’m happy with our apartment home although rent does increase with every new lease period.Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2025I love how peaceful and respectful the neighbor is. I love the clean amenities and the designs and colors of the apartments and I loveeee the pond views.
