February 12, 2025Rented site unseen, & was completely nervous despite the research I did on this area. Moved from a state over, so the move was long, exhausting & slow due to weather & a flat tire. Arrived to our new home, & cannot express our gratitude for it being clean, cozy, & move-in ready. Management and maintenance have been incredibly helpful & welcoming. Neighbors are quiet & keep to themselves mostly, while the mature landscaping dampens any obtuse noises from roads nearby, creating a peaceful haven for ...introverts. There are playgrounds on site, and many close by for small children, plenty of room for walking pets, & a community that feels safe enough to walk around even at night. I’m deeply impressed so far by my new home, & this neighborhood.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025When I lease an apartment that's advertised as a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. I expect it to have 2.5 bathrooms. Not three .5 baths and a janky tub. The place smelled like something died under the floor, and the management office has trouble doing even the simplest of task. Like giving me mailbox key, to my mailbox. Zero stars. Will not be staying past my lease. Will actively encourage everyone not to rent from this property.Property Manager Responded

April 13, 2024We have no on sight management or maintenance people. We sent a maintenance request 3 days ago about the washing machine making loud noises on the spin cycle. There has been no response. They offer 6 weeks free rent to new tenants, while raising existing rents! It's a national property management company so there is very little personal communicationProperty Manager Responded

February 19, 2024Months for a maintenance request. Out of touch with community and residents. Implementations of ridiculous smaller none issue things when bigger issue still given no attention or care whatsoever. Rental rates are called competitive rates when they are extremely high. Way to much turn over with property management staff so no consistency. Who pays for the grass to be green in the summer, the residents which is absolutely silly. Utilities are not calculated, there is no meter whatsoever so rather ...than flat fees the equation is calculated in a non ethical manner. I express my concern and get no communication back whatsoever about any issues. The units are turned over with cheapest possible solutions (carpet, door handles, fixtures, plumbing) for max profit and issues become unresolved and unresponsive from any staff.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2023This is a quite and peaceful neighborhood. So far I enjoy my neighbors and have had no problems. The move in process was quick and streamlined. Renew seems very organized. I appreciate Kathaleens support through the process. We have only been here a month but so far any concerns have been promptly dealt with. My only negative comment thus far is that prices are very high. I of course knew this and chose to live here anyway as it is a much safer, cleaner and more peaceful environment for my ...children.Property Manager Responded
