the staff is always available the only thing bad i have to say is the water outages that happen every so often and there's no lights on at 6 pm and it gets very dark but other than that everything is good

Very good management but the building is old and the neighbor could be loud. The maintenance team is awesome and very responsive. The only negative experience is the loud foot steps from the upper unit

Enjoy living here overall. The neighborhood is very chill and I love my neighbors. I like the pool. Office staff can be hit or miss depending on the person/day. Water feels like it’s been turned off a lot in the past year. But the maintenance crew is nice.

I love my new apartment. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The office communicates effectively and hosts community engagement events helping me meet new people. I enjoy the onsite parking and convenient laundry facilities. This is a great place to live!

I like the neighborhood, and I like my apartment. It’s spacious. The staff and maintenance crew are welcoming and helpful, it’s nice to see so many doggies in the area and there’s usually hummingbirds flying around too.
