October 8, 2025So far so good love the quiet area and big kitchen space. Just some cleanliness issues upon move in. Staff has been pretty nice and Tammy had the maintenance team come out the same day to fix some issues on our initial inspection.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025It's a quiet community, but I've lived here since 2022, and there have been no upgrades to our apartment. The carpet in here is awful. Years of people having animals and not cleaning after them. I have shampooed regularly and vacuumed every other day in addition to my Shark vacuum running daily, and it doesn't help the smell. Also, I think something died under the kitchen floor. I've scrubbed every inch of the kitchen and it still smells. We buy our own AC filters because the apartment provides ...the cheapest ones that don't catch any dust or dander. The doors have no weather stripping. Well, it's there but so old you can feel the cold or heat blowing through the gap in the front door. Last but not least people allow their dogs to poop everywhere and do not pick it up. They can't use the dog enclosure because there are so many stickers in there. My puppy got a paw full with one step and we never went back. These are small things but they add up quickly.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024The community is quiet with a lot of workers and no drama. Parking can be an issue as many apartments have 2 or more vehicles. The apartments have drainage issues from the property (not the individual unit) so garages flood up to 4-5 inches and I have to wear rain boots to get to my truck during/after heavy rains. We've been here a little over 2 years and have not gotten any upgrades on our apartment. Maintenance was great until the guy quit/got fired. Now no Maintenance assigned to this property ...yet which means work orders take longer so put them in as quickly as you can. Seriously considering moving when lease is up.Property Manager Responded
