March 29, 2025Luckily we are moving soon. There have been many issues even more since the past 6 months. Rules don’t apply to everyone. Even with the new parking program, tenants still park wherever. The tenant upstairs makes enough noise for 5 people and loves to drink. Many have dogs but no yard so they let their dogs run around in the parking lot. Tenants have junk in their front area and yet I was told I can’t have a bench. Still see tons of junk months later from various apartments. Tenants know when to ...break rules. You’ll see more rule breaking when the office is closed. When I’ve complained I just get a generic response. Being a grad student and a disabled veteran it would be nice to get some peace of mind. I’ve seen tenants get arrested in the middle of the night and a drug user light his apartment on fire. In less than 2 years I’ve dealt and witnessed a lot. Good riddanceProperty Manager Responded

July 21, 2024I rate my experience with a 5 Star because of Mark the property manager never have I met such a nice professional that goes up and beyond to making a move as smooth and reassuring as he did for me. The unit took some getting use to since I did have to downsize and get use to the patio being off to the bedroom and a few other minor issues over all I am very happy.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2024It really has been declining when I moved in management was on everything that needed to be done but as of late things are not done , communication is horrible and management does not follow through. Would really like to see a change for the better. I will say maintenance is always ready to help and really tries to do what they need but are really held back from upper authorityProperty Manager Responded

June 13, 2024Maintenance and the front office staff are great! We moved in around March of 2024 and have nothing but positive reviews. The community is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and it stays clean! The laundry facilities are spotless, trash cans are kept of dirt and debris, and everyone is very friendly! Highly recommend ReNew Summit to anyone looking to rent. My husband and I have rented 4 apartments in the San Diego area and this ranks number 1!Property Manager Responded
