March 29, 2025Luckily we are moving soon. There have been many issues even more since the past 6 months. Rules don’t apply to everyone. Even with the new parking program, tenants still park wherever. The tenant upstairs makes enough noise for 5 people and loves to drink. Many have dogs but no yard so they let their dogs run around in the parking lot. Tenants have junk in their front area and yet I was told I can’t have a bench. Still see tons of junk months later from various apartments. Tenants know when to ...break rules. You’ll see more rule breaking when the office is closed. When I’ve complained I just get a generic response. Being a grad student and a disabled veteran it would be nice to get some peace of mind. I’ve seen tenants get arrested in the middle of the night and a drug user light his apartment on fire. In less than 2 years I’ve dealt and witnessed a lot. Good riddanceProperty Manager Responded
