Renew Taunton Apartments was honestly one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The management operates at a bare minimum level, and it’s definitely not worth your hard-earned money. Communication is extremely poor—getting responses is difficult, and when issues come up, there’s little to no accountability or follow-through on their part. As a tenant, you expect basic responsibility and professionalism, but that just wasn’t my experience at all. For the amount you’re paying, you deserve ...

better. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here—you’ll likely regret it if you don’t.

Dishonest and unprofessional

My experience moving into ReNew Taunton has been a living nightmare. Management failed to deliver the unit on the scheduled date and did not inform me of the delay until the day of my move. This breach of contract resulted in significant out-of-pocket expenses for housing and storage that management has refused to address. still dealing with a kitchen sink leak, a toilet tank that won't refill, and a refrigerator that was supposed to be replaced weeks ago—all of which were reported at move-in. The incompetence, lack of accountability, and failure to perform basic repairs are unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Good place to call home

We have lived here for awhile now and have no complaints. After living in our own home for many years and not having any neighbors it was a big change for us to move into an apartment. We were very pleased that we couldn’t hear our neighbors. As with any complex there are people whom follow rules and people that don’t. As for the manager and maintenance team I have no complaint. If and when I have called maintenance I have received a quick and timely response to fix anything. The area is well ...

Dog feces everywhere outside. They have a small pen for dogs, but that also has dog feces everywhere and is not maintained. It is very difficult to walk your dog and not step in it. Walls are paper thin, rugs and paint are cheap/low quality. Small outdated kitchen and bathrooms (efficiency toilets). Lower hallway has a constant musty odor that dates back since 2009. muddy when it rains or snow melts. Two dumpsters which are usually filled with garbage and furniture. Not a good place for children since there is nowhere to play and you are right off of busy Rte. 44. New management seems even worst than the last management
