We are overall happy. Maintenance staff are kind and skilled and responsive. We enjoy that there is outdoor space for our kids and that they can play with other children. The pool is clean and always staffed with a lifeguard which gives us peace of mind.

As of February 2026, we have been her for about six months and I’d say I’m okay with it. For the price point on rent, I’d expect more amenities, but honestly, they would probably put ridiculous restrictions on them. The gym needs an upgrade (hand soap in the bathrooms, the water filter changed, and broken equipment repaired or thrown away— I’ve seen stuff on Facebook marketplace in better condition). While I can understand not wanting parking spots to turn into free garage parking, there needs to ...

be 1) an increase in how many cars a family can have (at least 2 cars) and 2) a lot for visitors because it’s not cool that my family member got cussed at for asking someone to move out of her parking spot— could’ve been avoided with a spot for visitors.

When they plow they do a great job. Sanding and rock salting the walkways and sidewalks. Plus in the Fall ?? they do a great job picking up the leaves and taking care of getting rid of them.
