February 25, 2026It is affordable and I am glad that the complex representatives are informed and proactive. It meets the need at an affordable rate!!! Most of the units are renovated but I was able to obtain a classic unit that does not have the dishwasher but I am very satisfied with not having the appliance. February 17, 2026This community is quiet for the most part, office staff is very nice, they listen and willing to help. I was super excited when they implemented personal parking spots. The only downside I have is that it is more of a hassle to get to the laundry, they need to get a ramp for those of us who are disabled.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2026The apartments themselves are fine and the neighbors have never directly bothered us. However there is definitely room for improvement. Ive had police come to our building on multiple occasions, my car was broken into/stolen off the property, the on site laundro mat is fairly priced but theres not enough washers/dryers for everyone and I think one of the dryers is tearing up my clothes. When I first moved in the kitchen sink started backflowing and I had to wait a decent amout of time for it to ...get fixed. Like 2 months later it happened agian while I was at work, luckily the maintenance man was around and was able to save the unit but I didnt get the problem resolved until 9pm. The units also dont have central a/c so while the living room is fine the bedrooms stay hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The walls are rather thin so I can hear my upstairs neighbor pretty clearly.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Quiet for the most part, easy access to highways and convenient. The apartments say remodeled, but they pick and choose who gets new windows. My windows don’t work (don’t stay open or close properly), so they don’t lock which is a huge safety hazard especially being on the first floor.
