Animal friendly, which is nice since I have a large dog. Upgrading the parking situation, communication with management, and upgrades to the units would be nicer though.

Great community, in a convenient part of town. Happy with the management and maintenance team. Very much so enjoy my home here. The amenities are a big plus. Having a swimming pool and barbecue area is great for the summer season.

Loving it so far. But lots of people don’t pick up their dogs poop and so it can be frustrating to walk around. There is also no HVAC so it can get really hot unless you buy a ac unit to put in your window. But the area is nice overall.

So far we are liking our new place. We have been going to our pool to cool off this summer and it’s so worth it and we love how the laundry are 24hour the week and the manger are very helpful and welcoming people.
