October 31, 2025Apartment is extremely outdated, landscaping needs work and when they do come they blow leaves and mulch onto my patio. I requested to have my patio light removed as I couldn’t control it and it stayed on all night. When it was finally taken out, I was told that they would order a cover but on the interim they put tape over the hole. It has been months and still no cover.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2025Top notch staff who are incredibly responsive are a high point for the rental experience. They do a lot to make the complex welcoming and to build a sense of community. The amenities are nice and well-maintained. The location is excellent. Parking can be very challenging in parts of the complex. Trash and recycling fills up quickly, especially over the weekend, so that can be inconvenient. Rent increases can be extremely high and challenging to rationalize when considering staying or ...relocating.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2025I moved to ReNew earlier this year and am new to the complex but am not new to apartment living. So far anything that has come up has been typical for apartment living. Overall this is a very peaceful place to live. There many highlights this complex has including thoughtful amenities, beautifully maintained grounds and a very laidback culture. There are lots of pets, friendly people & creatively decorated balconies which contribute to a very welcoming vibe. My HVAC system needed to be replaced ...at the start of the summer and I was both communicated with & accomodated throughout the process which was resolved rapidly. The property management staff Jess and Katie have been wonderful overall to communicate with and are very knowledgeable about the area which helped me a great deal after an out of state move. I cannot say enough about the maintenence staff Paul, Juan and Steve who go above and beyond in ways I havent seen at other places. Maintenence staff are always out & about on their working days and very approachable if you have questions. The staff here also have a sense of humor which is an added bonus. I look forward to my stay here, am glad I chose ReNew and look forward to continue designing my apartment that has a super fun layout.Property Manager Responded
