Very much enjoying my apartment at Renew. The staff is great! Jess at the front is always so helpful and all of the maintenance staff is responsive and very efficient. All facilities, the pool, gym, dog park, grills etc. are kept clean and stocked !

My husband and I have been here over five years. It has been a good place to live. We have had no issues with the office staff nor maintenance. I give them both a 10 , and 10 being the highest score. I’m not a water person, but I must say on very hot days, a dunk in the pool is very refreshing. It has also has been a quiet place for us to live. Which is important / and a safe place too! Tina ??

This is my third year here. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home! Paul and Juan are great team when it comes to fixing things! I'm extremely impressed with how well kept the pool is kept. It's become a favorite summer spot!
