September 14, 2025It’s time to move out renew is overrated, none the less I enjoy being the western suburbs, need to upgrade wash rooms, washing tubs in laundry room are dirty. No fresh mulch being laid down and trees branches cause hazard for my cars In the parking lot. A few adjustments to these things won’t change the experience but the property is in a good location.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025Recently things haven't really gotten any "better" my rent went up 18% when I renewed. I was told it would be 3-5% 2 weeks prior to renewing and the girl who spoke with me was fired/quit. All the "upgrades" you guys are making aren't even making things more convenient. The new intercoms aren't able to open the mailroom door. I can only open the one with the panel. The other system worked just fine and you guys made it worse. For an 18% increase my life should be getting easier not harder.Property Manager Responded
