February 17, 2026Outdoor landscaping and maintenance responsiveness is 5 stars. Giving 2-3 stars because it seems in-building maintenance is not well-kept/fell off. Cleaners come once a week and do the bare minimum (ie only vacuuming stairs, don’t thoroughly clean hallways or laundry room; with new tenants moving in/out, furniture bumps have snagged paint in the halls and scuffed the walls. We were told a year ago mailboxes would be replaced, but they’re not yet. Future tenants: ask to see the building and unit ...you will be renting, not just a model apartment.Property Manager Responded

February 7, 2026So far I enjoy the community but don’t love that laundry machines having to be shared with the entire building. I request assigned parking, as I am a mom of three, it’s hard to park all the way in the back on the buildings and walk my little ones to the front of the buildings. Especially when there are residents from the apartments across or further down parking in my area of apartment building. It’s gets stressful not being able to find parking if I’m not home by a certain time. Other that’s ...that. I enjoy the community.Property Manager Responded
