Stan came almost as soon as I reported a stinky smell in my apt. He cleaned out something in the laundry closet and put a big fan in the living room facing the sliding door to blow out the odor. It couldn't have been a better response!

Flooring Maintenance person was well mannered - assessed the situation with the floor (which is minor). I wanted the owners to know of this defect. Nothing terrible just a small chip in the lvt floors.

Package room is a nightmare Someone should go thorough maybe once a week and make sure that the packages are at least in the section of the right building. I realize there's an extreme amt of pkgs from amazon and others, but it shouldn't take me an hour to find a package because it was completely in the wrong building. It's overwhelming if you need something like meds and can't find your package.

Thanks Jason Last year I had issues with no A/C, and again this year. But as soon as i reported it, they brought me a temporary unit. The building is old and falling apart, but I appreciate the effort that was made to resolve my issue. It is up and running now??
