September 20, 2025Trash continues to be a major problem. It is clean after the cleaning people, but by the weekend the dumpsters or parking lots of full of trash. Still have a leak in my back bedroom that was supposed to be fixed, but every time it rains , it leaks. Would love to get rid of my carpet in the living room. July 20, 2025I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with this apartment community. The staff is very friendly and courteous, which I truly appreciate. However, the overall experience has been frustrating due to poor organization and lack of communication. The move-in process was chaotic — important details were missed, and it felt like no one was fully prepared. On top of that, trying to get in touch with the office has been a challenge. Calls often go unanswered, and ...voicemails aren’t returned in a timely manner. Even when I did reach someone, the information provided was often inconsistent or unclear. This community has potential, and the staff seems like they want to help, but the management team seriously needs to improve their processes. I have been here for 3 years now and when new people move in the hallways are littered with trash or no one puts the bag of trash next to the dumpers even if the dumpers is not full or open the car and discard their trash and the parking is so terrible. I have COPD and I am on the third floor and love to be able to park out front not a block up.Property Manager Responded
