February 4, 2026Roach and mouse infestation that is never resolved, maintenance comes and “fixes” things that are never actually fixed, leasing office is unresponsive, and yall charge us endless “fees” for utilities. There is absolutely ZERO reason my utilities should be FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to live in an apartment. If I could afford to break my lease I would leave TODAY!Property Manager Responded
