The management don’t care about their tenants. The utilities are exaggerated, the price they charge for a two bedroom apartment , is way beyond a 3 bedroom townhouse behind us.

It has been overall a pretty good experience. Lots of water outages and issues which have kind of been really difficult. But maintenance is very friendly and personable and the buildings are well maintained for the most part.

Wonderful community. Maintenance complete work orders in a timely manner. Property is clean for the most part. Only part I dislike is residents leaving their dog waste on the property.

It's great so far, maintenance comes and fixes things fast and they tell you when they are coming 24 hours in advance. You don't have to worry about unexpected visitors

Roach and mouse infestation that is never resolved, maintenance comes and “fixes” things that are never actually fixed, leasing office is unresponsive, and yall charge us endless “fees” for utilities. There is absolutely ZERO reason my utilities should be FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to live in an apartment. If I could afford to break my lease I would leave TODAY!
