June 11, 2025Love everything about the apartment and neighborhood. I DO NOT like surprise fees. Water bill should not be over $200 a month. I was told it would between $70 and $100 upon moving in and that was only true 1x.Review from Apartments.com

June 11, 2025Had my tires 2 front ones, vandalized. Thank GOD my insurance covered it. I have to get a security camera for my car, because there are no security cameras in the parking lot. Also my mailbox will not close , so it is left wide opened for anyone to take my mail. The Converse charge continues to get higher each month, with no explanation as to why.Property Manager Responded

May 15, 2025I love everything about the community, my only issue is with the AI phone service. When I need maintenance after hours that phone service is a major inconvenience.Property Manager Responded
