December 19, 2025Overall the apartment is in ok condition, but the furnace was not working upon arrival. However, the management was responsive and eventually got it fixed by replacing it with a brand new furnace. I would give the company 5 stars, except that the apartment needed some maintenance prior to move in.Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2025I rated my community a five because I moved in on Saturday and it’s already goin on one week and I haven’t been disturbed by any music or anything.. I really was thinking of not coming here because of the dog park so I figured half the community would have dogs which they do but there always on chains and it no it’s a friendly petProperty Manager Responded

November 27, 2025From the beginning touring, filling applications and whole process until moving in Gabby very diligent during entire time, polite respectful and attentive. Staff at the leasing office working as a team help us that’s very nice. Also saw the manager being very approachable with residents and kids. Feel very welcome and inclusive.
