January 24, 2026The area around the trash bins Building 10, Alton is still messy. The laundry room is not clean, and the main garbage bin is overflowing. Only one washer is working, while the others have been out of order and waiting for replacement parts for a long time.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026Although I travel a lot I feel safe leaving my apartment. No one has ever bothered my packages, ot gotten in my apartment. Kids have to be reminded to not dig in the dirt but it's quiet for the most oart.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025The office is only open twice M-F. It would be more convenient to have the local office open M-F. More maintenance workers would also be more convenient so all maintenance requests could be completed within a timely manner. Maintenance could also be more proactive with certain things, such as central air units being replaced instead of continously fixed. The communication among staff could be better too, but I've had generally positive interactions with staff members. The community is well kept, ...but the dumpsters could use an additional pick up day or perhaps additional dumpsters as it gets filled quickly bringing down the curb appeal of the community.Property Manager Responded
