No utilities included, no garbage included. They've found a way to charge you for all of it, but they don't mention that in their ads. Why would they? Want to guarantee a parking spot so you don't have to walk 5-10 minutes to get to your front door? Feel free to pay for it. Don't forget your mandatory renters insurance. If you opt out, they'll be happy to force you into theirs. OMG, wait, did you want to pay your rent online???... tack on the processing fee... for the convenience. I'm ...

surprised the swimming pool doesn't have a credit card reader attached to the gate. Maybe they just hadn't thought of it yet. I have never been so fed up with a landlord/management company. Plan to spend at least 25% more on utilities and macro transactions than your "base rent." If they aren't charging you for it yet, they will find a way. Or vote against this kind of behavior with your wallet and avoid this company all together.

I've lived in this complex for years. Once new management went in, it all went to hell. The new staff was rude, they tried to double charge us for pets. It's clearly all about the bottom line. As soon as they had the opportunity, they raised our rent by the maximum legal amount, and 6 months later, I have a 2nd notice of a 10% rent increase. It's a beautiful property, but they will nickel and dime you EVERY step of the way. They are now raising our rent higher than a new tenant would pay. The ...

Did take some work on my end to get things properly done but with persistence I was refunded the hotel fee I acquired to get me and my cat out for the allotted time needed for my tub to be resurfaced.... I didnt push about the loss wages, had to call out a day since the bathroom is in the bedroom for some reason and the fumes were too strong to comfortably sleep in bed. Had to couch it up

Better lawn care would be appreciated. The buildings at the rear of the property could use a power wash. There are spider webs and pine needles everywhere. Aside from that it is a quite, well maintained property.

Very bad experience. The apartment was extremely cold, there was no proper heating and our children were freezing. There were no carpets, the floors were icy cold. When we asked for help or a solution, we were simply refused. They even refused to let us check out, despite the conditions being unacceptable. The place felt like a sewer, with zero care for guests, especially families with children. Strongly not recommended.

I like living here. I don’t love that all apartment numbers got updated except for ours. I’m not too familiar with the community members, except for the dog whisperer.
