February 19, 2025The office staff has been great. Maintenance was fantastic til I noticed a break in the fence which was allowing people from the neighboring apartment to come onto the property, smoke fentanyl, leave drug paraphernalia (still there), and was told if I want privacy I should buy a home by victor. What I expect is maintenance to be ok with performing maintenance tasks. What I expect is to get a response regarding no accessible parking in the back. February 15, 2025Oversold on property - would recommend checking your unit prior to lease signing. Was told about major renovations that were delaying availability and although some may be true, many things like basic upkeep are lacking; doors don't close all the way, baseboards in bathrooms stripping off walls, and seems they tried to put a coat of paint over everything to take away from the focus on the overall wear down of the property. October 26, 2024I like living here. Neighbors are mindful and friendly. There seems to be a lot of police calls though. Not really sure why but I've seen a decent amount of police cars and cops talking to residents in my one year of living here. Besides that it's been great.
