August 11, 2025Everything is great, I love the area! Very clean and quiet area with friendly neighbors. We had a very smooth move in with no problems. Visited the pool and it was great and very calm. Only thing I could say is that we were never told we had to download an app to able to access the pool area. Thankfully some neighbors were able to let us in. July 27, 2025I've been really happy with our new two-bedroom apartment. It's clean, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. The grounds are especially lovely, with big trees and well-kept grassy areas that make it feel peaceful and welcoming. Inside, the apartment is well laid out with great storage space and a thoughtfully designed kitchen that’s easy to cook in. Everything works just as it should, which has made settling in really smooth. Overall, it’s a great place to call ...home—calm, well-maintained, and surrounded by nature. February 19, 2025The office staff has been great. Maintenance was fantastic til I noticed a break in the fence which was allowing people from the neighboring apartment to come onto the property, smoke fentanyl, leave drug paraphernalia (still there), and was told if I want privacy I should buy a home by victor. What I expect is maintenance to be ok with performing maintenance tasks. What I expect is to get a response regarding no accessible parking in the back. February 15, 2025Oversold on property - would recommend checking your unit prior to lease signing. Was told about major renovations that were delaying availability and although some may be true, many things like basic upkeep are lacking; doors don't close all the way, baseboards in bathrooms stripping off walls, and seems they tried to put a coat of paint over everything to take away from the focus on the overall wear down of the property.
