February 4, 2026This apartment is okay, but it's got some issues. The location's convenient, but that's about it. Pest control's been an issue - I've seen a few unwanted critters scoping out the place. And the AC system? Forget about it. It's old and struggles to keep up on hot days. The space is decent, but these problems really bring it down. Rent's not bad, but I'd expect better maintenance for the price. If you're looking for a place to crash and don't mind dealing with some annoyances, it works. Otherwise, ...keep looking.Property Manager Responded
