I enjoyed living here but there are some things that are an issue, like parking permits, for the amount we pay in rent and including the high water bill we should not have to pay or worry about our vehicles being towed

I like it here havent had any issues and plan on staying awhile longer I like how we can use flex to pay are rent but don't like how we get a notice on door if rent not payed by the 3rd when flex gives tell the 5th

This apartment is okay, but it's got some issues. The location's convenient, but that's about it. Pest control's been an issue - I've seen a few unwanted critters scoping out the place. And the AC system? Forget about it. It's old and struggles to keep up on hot days. The space is decent, but these problems really bring it down. Rent's not bad, but I'd expect better maintenance for the price. If you're looking for a place to crash and don't mind dealing with some annoyances, it works. Otherwise, ...

I've been residing here for over 4 years. Never had issues truly appreciate the staff. For always being helpful and attending to my needs since the new owners, it's been a total new upgrade more things and activities for the children to do.And I truly love the greetings.They put for the office for coffee and donuts into meeting other tenants as well
