Used to be fine, new management made it horrible

This apartment used to be fine to live in but when it was taken over by the new management it became unlivable. They will not respond to any messages but will say they received it, if there’s a payment error, they won’t notify you until after months of charges have built up and then give you 5 days to pay it all and not respond when you question them about it. The laundry card machines don’t work half the time. If something breaks, they’ll do a shoddy repair and then not return when you complain ...
about it breaking again. By a large margin the worst place I have ever lived in. If you plan to live here, don’t. There are so many better places for your money and well being.
