November 8, 2019I’ve Been Living here for 2/3 and I can Say since I First sign my Lease I knew this was Gonna Be Home for me . My very first apartment @ 21 years old . Wow they took a chance with me an I appreciate them for that I had some Rocky Boats Dealing with my own personal issues and the Management team , was able to understand and work with me , Literally that’s what I like about living here they’re willing to work with you Give chances etc just Don’t spoil it take advantage or even , Take the ...kindness for weakness otherwise if you’d love the fairway apartment of Fitchburg wi .Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2019I have lived here for about 3 years. I love my view. I am facing the golf course. the office team is great. they are friendly and respond in a timely manner to any of my service request. I was concern with so many unit that it would be loud but that is never an issue. I plan to stay here until i purchase my first home. Lots of amenities
November 1, 2019For me the Fairways provides a really nice atmosphere along with plenty of attractions like swimming pools,tennis courts, weightlifting facilities.. etc. OH! Ok if not other option
July 29, 2018This is hood. Apartments are run down. Constant traffic in and out all hours. People leaving locked doors open. Lots of issues in the apartment it self. Mostly cosmetic but verry noticable. If I had other choice I would of waited. But I had a time crunch and had to take what I could at the moment. Also the area around is trashed. Garbage everwhere. Kids seem to be unsupervised a lot. Be careful when driving. Almost hit a 2 year old wandering the street late at night. Basically is this the new ...allied drive?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
