Nice apartment, relatively convenient location (although, there's not many places that are walking distance). Great price too, however, at least on the East side of the building, there's a ton of noise and there's constantly homeless activity, making it difficult to walk on that side of the building and often difficult to sleep at night.

The apartment is extremely high quality, the kitchen has space for everything and the closet storage is almost too much. Theres a lot of things to do in the complex and it’s also located relatively close but still isn’t too cramped.

So far so good. We have not had any issues . No roaches seen . Rooms are spacious . The front desk were wonderful and courteous . They explained everything and had a lot of patience.

Apartments are good, staff is good, amenities are good, events are good, neighborhood is not so good due to the homeless but haven't had a problem with them so far.

Been here 5 yrs already and we love it quite and calm and love that we are so close to downtown Phoenix ball park and basketball arena PHX job corp down the street to by the ball park

I have been living at Renue Downtown apartments for about 10 years and it has been a great experience. Everyone at the office are really friendly and helpful. When doing a maintenance order it always gets done right away.
