April 9, 2026I do not live here but tried to tour twice. the first time i toured the tour guide was not there and apparently did not know she had a tour on the books. I was showed around by their maintenance guy. He couldn't answer the questions i had, which is no problem its not his job to be a tour guide. i tried to tour again with an actual tour guide and she rescheduled my tour less than an hour before with no notice or anything. so i arrived at my scheduled time day of and waited 15 minutes in the lobby ...before speaking to anyone. she walks out and said she rescheduled my tour but didn't reach out to me to let me know nor see if a time worked for me. it was infuriating and not worth anyones time to try and live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
amazing staff replaced with young kids who dont care
December 5, 2025All the staff were just fired without reason why. They were doing great always got the job done never complained great to chat with. Management replaced with younger kids who now do rush jobs, refuse to make eye contact, don't say more than a passing hello but feels like they can't stand even that amount of interaction. How can I feel at home when they replace hardworking people I could get along with like family around my home, with strangers who make it feel like me living here makes their ...lives worse???
