Was not pleased
July 20, 2020First off, when I first signed, no one was there. I had called 2 days before and no answer. I figured I would stop by and even though it was during business hours no one was there. That should have been my warning. During my stay it was near impossible to get a hold of the front office. The apartment was neat and unworn but had a cockroach infestation. They sprayed multiple times and it never made a dent. They were all over the walls, in the fridge, and would come out of the drains. Worst experience
July 29, 2018I lived many years ago but my experience was very bad. They charged me for damages which were there before. They swindled the deposit and charged hundreds of dollars for cleaning. They did not inspect the apartment when I vacated but charged me excessively later. The managing lady was very rude at that time.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2017I lived here for a year and the gate was broken for most of it. They'd fix it and it'd always break, so there was no point in getting a gated community when the gate didn't work. Also, service request took forever. My AC wasn't cooling properly and because I had a fan, I managed but it took them over a month to fix it and that's only because I started putting one service request per day for it. After a few months, everything seems to fall apart from the drawers. All applicants worked well, never ...used the dishwasher though it did need to be fixed twice as the screws kept falling off. My apartment flooded outside every time it rained. I told the manager and he did nothing even after I said it could be a liability. My shoes would always get wet despite trying to go around it but it flooded the entrance to my apartment and two others. Upstairs neighbor was loud and their way of handling it is sending a noise notice which doesn't directly handle the issue. Needless to say, I didn't renew my lease.
