I've had a great experience living here! The office staff really make this community special. Shannon is amazing—she's so personable and friendly. Anytime I have a question, I just walk to the office because it's always comfortable and welcoming. They even keep coffee and snacks available, which is just awesome. Andrea you are awesome too! Always friendly. She made my lease renewal incredibly easy. Helped me get a renewal rate that I felt was fair and took the stress completely out of the ...
process. All the documents I needed to sign were handled through the app. Super simple. I have never really used the gym.. I can say the pool is always clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is usually very quick with any work orders I've submitted. Most have been handled within hours or at least by the same day. There are also lots of planned community events, which makes it easy get to know and connect with neighbors. Overall, there are just great people living here and an awesome office staff. I'm really happy to call this place home!

Lived there almost 3 years! The Gym is a joke, the management is even worse. Shannon the manager is really nice at first but if you need anything from her, she ignores you! You walk in the office and they look at you with disgust, like why are you here! I would never rent here again! They are building new apts so hopefully the management will be better there
