    They do not keep up the property. The halls and walkways are stained and dirty. The front yard at the waters edge is overgrown with blackberry bushes. Goose poop all over!

    Hello, and thank you for your input. We just painted and pressure washed last summer and do keep up on the exterior property items seasonally as when weather permitting. As for the wildlife of various bird species, including ducks and geese, we do our best to keep tidy via pressure washing. The area by the waterfront there are areas we cannot touch, the same for all areas built on wildlife preserves. Most of our residents love this about Rebecca Shores. We have avid wildlife/bird watchers who appreciate this about the property.

    This apartment community is cute, but what makes it stand out is the water front living. Gig Harbor is an adorable, and EXPENSIVE town, but this place is actually affordable AND on the water. That combination is unheard of. They only offer one bedrooms, but they are pretty big and laid out well, you aren't sleeping on top of your living areas which is nice. Big closets, extra space for storage, and water front view balconies. Tons of nature watching, especially geese which live there too.

    Rebecca Shores is tucked away in the corner of one of the most beautiful cities in the country. It overlooks the water, and has a spectacular view. Some may describe it as quaint, or charming, for its aged beauty, but those of us who live there know it truly is a magical place. With 36 units, our small community brings to each other friendship and family. Management has consistently been great. These one bedroom apartments are generously sized, and provide plenty of space for a couple or young ...
