They have not done any work/renovations other than tearing out carpet. I’ve seen numerous staff solve problems with mediocre solutions. Out dryer vent is just blowing in the wall, the pain in the tub is chipping, the AC is out, water leak that caused a crack, dishwasher has never worked, window frames are falling apart, sinks were ignored and left clogged for months, and nobody on maintenance is certified to fix ANY real issue. They have vendors to fix the issues, and that’s only when it’s enough ...
people suffering. The pool has never been open to residents, the park equipment is falling apart, and they charge for fees that they don’t actually offer.

I have lived in this apartment complex less than two weeks now. I received a call asking me to post a review after a weekend of being here which I did say I’m pleased with my apartment and the staff here is friendly. I should have waited more than a weekend to post the review, as soon as I posted the review issue began to occur. We were advised we will have valet trash which is included in the rent price then after I moved in I was advised they do not offer the service now and I would have to ...
contact SAAR Management in regards to at least taking the charge off since we won’t get the service. I contacted management who stated she will find out what going on then call me back, never got the call, sent multiple emails no reply, call many times on hold for extended periods of time, still no call back of course. The water smells off, come to find out it’s contaminated(look up red bay apartments news article), of course no one from management can compensate you or actually communicate with you what so ever. The process went very well into moving in. Due to some unforeseen circumstances on our end, they were able to work with us. Everything went smoothly. I am so satisfied with the whole process I am looking to move my god daughter here at Red Bay Apartments when her lease is up coming next year. I love how the rooms are very spacious. This property has so much potential. It does need some real cleaning and organization. The breeze ways and stairwells shouldn’t look how it is. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years but if they maintain tenants to keep it up also it would be better. The staff tho is very professional and helpful. I have a 3 bedroom it’s very BIG and spacious love the unit. Overall I give 2 1/2 3 stars with potential for more :)

Our leasing experience was good. The staff was very helpful with assisting us with our apartment and patient with us throughout the process. Life has been tough and we are starting over so we are grateful to have an affordable spot. No it’s not luxury apartments but they are decently laid out and conveniently located near our kids school.

I think the apartment is honestly great with the cost. It’s one of the best places in jack cost wise. I just wish the preparation for new tenants was better. Had a lot of things wrong when I first moved in. Still getting them fixed
