Mold and lies!

The apartments are covered in mold! So much so I had to have the previous management clean my floor because mushrooms where growing behind my couch. Are conditioning is shorty at best and the toilets sink in the floor. And when you move out they refuse to contact you for “ adjusted payments you pay for the time you spent. Was also hung up on by new management when I tried to contact them about my final rent and are trying to tell me I owe $1200 because of some late fee I was they concocted. They ...
remodeled the outside to lore people in and have 2-3 Decent apartments to take photos in but the rest are under-kept and falling apart. Can’t give zero stars but I can report them to BBB.

Mold galore! Mold was found behind the wallpaper, air vents, attic, and the entire kitchen area. Once the apartment managers were aware of this, they said that they would gut it. However, there was someone else in a different apartment that moved out due to mold and they had someone move in two weeks later without any renovation crew. The apartment was left in the same condition as I moved into it. Did not receive the deposit back even though the deposit was promised back in full before even ...

The landlords were good, however the actual apartment it self causes you to feel so confined. Everything seemed acceptable at first. The longer I lived there, the more trapped I felt. Ceilings were low (I'm 6 foot, and could touch the ceiling with my hand with out standing on my tip toes), and the lighting was very dim. With out actually living in a situation like that before I thought it would be fine. Not the case. I just felt very depressed a lot and after I moved to a well lit apartment with ...
