February 22, 2021I have had no problems here. Mimi and Adriana are great ladies. If I have a question, I can always get an answer if I speak up and ask. They have gone out of their way to make sure that any maintenance problems were fixed, and that I was good with the outcome. As far as roaches I havent seen any. Even if I did I know how to get some spray and handle it until the exterminator could be notified. I love this place, it quiet for the most part, I have no problems with neighbors. Renter Beware
July 13, 2020Prices will change without a moments notice. My month to month fees went from $75 to $250. Had letters stating the price of $75, but emails were ignored. I was told a letter was sent, but the office couldn’t produce a copy. And believe me, if they’ll raise a month to month fee $175 when NO OTHER APARTMENT in Tulsa charges that much, then their greed has no boundaries.Review from Apartments.com

July 7, 2020The new management is utterly awful, the maintenance doesn't know anything about how to fix anything, and the new crap they're putting in the does not benefit the complex in any way other than to annoy the tenants into leaving. Don't move here! BED BUGS!!!!
May 25, 2016Worst management ever! First I had my mom visit with her dog for about an hour. Someone reported I had a dog and they tried to charge me &150.00 two months in a row, They would not come to my apartment and see that I didn't have a dog. Next , my apartment got infested with bed bugs. It took 6 days to get an exterminator over. My dishwasher does not work. It has been a month and still have not heard when this is getting fixed, WORST PLACE EVER. I will not renew my lease.Review from Apartments.com
Red River
August 16, 2015Since Red River apartments has been under new management they have really dropped the ball. The security gate that once always stayed close is now always open. The pool is hardly ever open. The staff do seem friendly, but their hours have changed, which makes them not as accessible. They do have 24 hr security. Which is needed for the neighborhood I'm in. For what I pay I feel like I should be getting a little more. Neighbors keep to themselves but walls are a little thin. So if you are a quiet ...individual that just keeps to themselves and don't mind paying a little bit more for things that aren't truly covered or available this place is for you. But I would not want a family to have to live here. It's right near many stores and restaurants. The school district is great though. That gets an A in my book.
