Poorly Maintained & Constructed

There has been no on-site property manager since the start of 2025. Maintenance requests can only be made through the app, and there have been NO improvements on site ever since moving in November 2024.
Internal apartments (ones with NO WINDOWS) have no egress in case of fire, and it is only protected by a sprinkler system. There is only one door in and out of the apartment for them.
Bathrooms are poorly constructed, the shower is not sloped towards the drain, and the lip for it is too short to ...
prevent water from running out of the shower.
The community room (gym) is sad and maintained by Casper the Friendly Ghost– there's no decoration, only white walls and an unhung poster that they didn't even bother to put up. Some of the equipment has started to rust in some areas or isn't bolted down properly.
There's a massive patch of missing pavement ever since late 2024/early 2025 on the north-facing side of the building's parking lot. This has not been fixed or filled, making a one-way entrance/exit out of that side because of the massive pothole that's been forming.
The buzz-in system in the entryway has been installed, but NEVER set up to actually work.
This place has been left to rot, and we've been ghosted multiple times by Plaid Hat. They only want your money. Avoid this place at all costs– a motel is more accommodating than this place.
