Modern building with attentive landlord

I've lived here for two years and having rented in several locations across multiple states, the landlord Pete is one of the most diligent I've met. Problems are few given the newness of all fixings and appliances but when there is an issue it'll be resolved quickly and without hassle.

A great living experience here so far! The location is great, with a short walk to Butler Street and a generally quiet neighborhood. The units are newly updated, spacious, and the property is constantly upkept and maintained. The property management is also a huge plus, as they are always communicative when there may be an inconvenience to tenants and very responsive if there is ever an issue or question. Highly recommend!

RedStone Place is in a great location. It is right off of Butler Street where many bars, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Also it is close to the cemetery where you can get some peace and quiet from the city(many people run and walk there). The apartments have also been recently renovated including new appliances, the gyms and parking lot. Overall great location and great up-to-date apartment.

I have lived at Redstone Place for 2 years now and have enjoyed my time here thus far. The apartments have been renovated with modern looking floors, countertops, appliances and in-unit laundry. The property itself is well maintained with off-street parking. Property manager Pete is also super responsive and has always resolved my maintenance requests in a timely manner. In addition, it is conveniently located close to Butler St. in Lawrenceville with a walkable distance to plenty of restaurants ...

A year in and still happy

My roommate and I moved into the Redstone last summer and have had a great experience so far. Pete is consistently re-investing in the property (landscaping, parking lot remodels, new gym etc) and Peggy is the best on-site manager a tenant could dream of. The apartment itself is beautiful and any maintenance needs have been handled promptly.

Redstone place is located right in an exciting part of Lawrenceville Pittsburgh and has a short walk to shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. The apartment buildings are very clean with updated appliances. Maintenance is always quick to come and fix any requests they may arise. Added bonuses include a parking lot, gym, outside grilling station. I definitely recommend, it’s a great place to live and I will be staying here for awhile.

Redstone is an excellent apartment for young professionals, it is quiet and well kept with newly renovated apartments. The staff managing the property are phenomenal, and are focused on making the tenants comfortable and at home. Pete is incredibly responsive and friendly, unlike other property managers I have had in the past. I look forward to continuing living here for the foreseeable future.

My apartment was just renovated when I moved in and it was done very nicely. The staff was very attentive and always responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The location was amazing being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. It was very nice having off street parking in the middle of Lawrenceville. The apartments are newly renovated- the floors, cabinets, and finishes are all very nice and modern. The ground and common areas are kept clean and tidy. There's a dog park and off street parking which is a nice bonus. Lawrenceville restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
