I've lived at Red Bird Village over twenty years. I stay year after year because of the "Home" atmosphere. The property is kept in immaculate shape, when repairs are necessary, they are done quickly and efficiently. Most of all I stay because the staff are sincerely caring. The office staff is so professional and genuinely care about me and my family. The maintenance team is very experienced and have always fixed any problems I’ve had on the same day or next day! I have lived here over a year. My mother has lived here over 10 years. It's a family friendly community. Very clean. Yes, they are older apartments, but they are slowly updating the interiors. Mine had all laminate/wood flooring and 2 tone paint. The only downside is no w/d connections in the apartments. But the laundry room is secure and very clean. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, they've addressed it immediately. The mgmt knows me by first name and are very friendly. The rent is VERY ...

Great place to live

Love the space and lovely gardens to walk to. Friendly neighbors are a plus! Numerous times I have had to have special delivery meds and they sign for them and put them in my apartment. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff is. I have never waited for anything to be repaired, it is always repaired immediately. Red Bird Village is the place to rent!

I have lived here for the past 13 years. My Parents lived here also. I have wonderful neighbors and everyone around here is like family. Mostly seniors and very quite, I could not ask for a better place to call home. Office and maintenance staff work hard to provide us with a high standard of living.
