Not Just A House But A Home !
March 4, 2024We’ve been here for about three years now and compared to our last apartment place, this is by far hands above and beyond other apartments. Who else has great staff from the office right on down to the maintenance and garden staff. “Kinda like Cheers where every one knows your name “ and they don’t just know your name they know where you live. February 24, 2021I've lived at Red Bird Village over twenty years. I stay year after year because of the "Home" atmosphere. The property is kept in immaculate shape, when repairs are necessary, they are done quickly and efficiently. Most of all I stay because the staff are sincerely caring. December 10, 2020The office staff is so professional and genuinely care about me and my family. The maintenance team is very experienced and have always fixed any problems I’ve had on the same day or next day! They know our names. Other apartments just know your apartment number. I love each staff member so much! I would even trust them to watch my child!! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. It’s an older property but very well-taken care of. Family friendly community
July 16, 2019I have lived here over a year. My mother has lived here over 10 years. It's a family friendly community. Very clean. Yes, they are older apartments, but they are slowly updating the interiors. Mine had all laminate/wood flooring and 2 tone paint. The only downside is no w/d connections in the apartments. But the laundry room is secure and very clean. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, they've addressed it immediately. The mgmt knows me by first name and are very friendly. August 13, 2015Love the space and lovely gardens to walk to. Friendly neighbors are a plus! Numerous times I have had to have special delivery meds and they sign for them and put them in my apartment. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff is.
