Unsafe Apartment, Management Ignores Health Risks
January 16, 2026We have experienced repeated serious health hazards in this apartment. Strong chemical fumes from renovation work in the apartment below have filled our unit, and workers were wearing respirators. Management gave no prior notice about any construction. This is not the first time this has happened — a similar incident occurred about a year ago, and I had to visit the Emergency Department due to chemical exposure. Management has failed to take adequate measures to prevent recurrence. When this matter was brought to our attention, management promptly reviewed the situation, including the scope of work being performed, safety protocols in place, and ventilation considerations. The materials used were standard for interior renovations and handled in accordance with applicable safety guidelines; however, we recognize that odors can travel between units and may cause discomfort. Avoid These Apartments! Save Your Money and Nerves
January 15, 2025Our experience living in this apartment has been extremely disappointing. From the very first day we moved in, we had to deal with numerous issues. The apartment was in terrible condition: many things were broken, and the cleanliness was far from acceptable. We even had to wash the walls ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a rental property. Throughout the six months we’ve lived here, something has broken almost every week. We contacted maintenance multiple times, but the workers ...often took several days to arrive, adding even more stress and inconvenience. On top of that, the exhaust fans do not work, and there is a constant unpleasant smell in the apartment. It either comes from neighboring units or somewhere else—I can’t tell for sure. To make matters worse, we have also encountered cockroaches, which adds to the discomfort and poor living conditions. Despite our efforts, we have not been able to feel comfortable here. The constant repairs, persistent odors, and pests make it impossible to feel at home. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

BAD DO NOT DO IT
September 19, 2023I never leave reviews but I am taking the time to write this review in case it helps anyone else out. Our apartment had RATS, total of 8 by the end of our stay. I get it, things like this are hard to prevent but the way they managed it was so very disappointing. It took MONTHS for this to get resolved until a male relative got involved. Do not move here
August 25, 2023DO NOT move here. It’s dirty and gross, the staff is full of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. They never fix broken things, they charge you for the smallest things.
