Great for short term leases
February 2, 2021We moved to these apartments in August while waiting for our new house to be built. I love that they offer short term leases! I also love being able to pay my rent online and access everything through their website. The office staff is AMAZING! I have personally dealt with Faith and Theresa and they are both so awesome! We have had issues with closing on our new house but they are so supportive and have helped us so much through this process. They understand our situation and are willing to work ...with us to be able to move out right when our house closes. Peaceful and Serene
September 26, 2015Redlands Park Apartments is nestled right below a quiet residential area and sits across the street from a small plaza that includes the local Stater Bros. Market. The complex has a community pool and clubhouse along with a small gym. Personally, I feel the gym could use an upgrade since it has one treadmill and weight machine. There is a large laundry facility, but its a bit on the pricey range at $1.50 a wash and $1.50 to dry. There is an upgraded playground for the kids and a tennis court and ...basketball hoop to stay active. August 3, 2015I've lived here since 2010 and have loved it ever since. This is the first apt complex where the Mgt staff as well as the maintenance staff are excellent. They are always updating the property to keep it looking great. It's affordable and honestly a great place to live...kinda hard to find both.Review from Apartments.com
