August 4, 2015My family and I moved into RTS Apartments in May 2015. I want to start off by saying that the manager and assistant manager are very friendly and helpful, I can't complain about that. I really like that we can pay our rent thru there website, since they only expect cashiers check or money orders. I live in a two bed two bath apt I have two children and my husband. It's not a big spacious apartment but it's cute for a small young family. I love that the inside was nice, new carpets was a plus ...the windows are very nice too, cute little balconies very clean, nice laundry facility, also has two pools. They do need a park or play area for the kids! Very close to the 215 freeway. There are a few things that I dislike, one of them has to be the noise. (not all the time) So far I've heard wired people walking by yelling I think they were heavy medicated or on something else, one car accident and a house party (house near by) with people getting rowdy, cops everywhere but then again it is Perris. Oh and do not forget to lock your cars!!! My husband caught two young men checking for unlock cars. (We think they live somewhere else and came into the apartment complex. The apartment it self isn't bad. I just wish that I can say it was 100 safe but I guess that can happen almost anywhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
