Everything is your problem.
March 5, 2024Didn't get to see our Apt until the DAY we're moving in. There was some paint on the floor, and some areas were kinda dirty from the maintenance people getting it ready. Went to open a cupboard and the door fell off day one. Asked about it and the lady just kinda shrugged and said she'd "put it in our file". Had a roach problem. Told them and they said they'd tell the pest control to come out. Never did, until it was time for the routine spray. Pest control guy told us it was a known problem in ...the building and even our neighbors were having issues with it. We ended up spending our own $ for bait and caulking so they'd stop coming out of the walls and cracks in the old closets. It just seemed like the blame was always on us, and never really got taken care of. The pics online felt like a catfish. There were a few instances where they came into our apartment unannounced, which I thought they had to give at least 24hr notice. They'd just walk away with no explanation. Ended up moving out a t the end of last year cause we were still dealing with the roaches, and ended up finding a bigger place! I'll miss the cool neighbors.Property Manager Responded

July 14, 2020I’ve only been here about a week but I had a maintenance issue and it was taken care of very quickly! Brittany is always very sweet and friendly! I’ve had problems with prior landlords not taking care of things when needed so this is a dream come true!Review from Apartments.com
Management won't deal with you on the weekend.....
May 28, 2017If something goes wrong ....too bad. I'm sitting here with the air broken. And after nicely trying to work out something with management, we finally get to the answer that I knew was coming: DON'T CONTACT US AGAIN TIL TUESDAY (Monday being a holiday). They don't want to pay the premium for getting it fixed on the weekend/holiday. And this isn't the first time. It's not even the second. I quit keeping track. They know the heating and air is junk in these apartments. But when that rent is ...2 days late....YOU WILL HEAR FROM THEM. This place is a dump with terrible , terrible management. And we will be leaving AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I wouldn't recommend this place for FREE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Most terrible experience of my life
October 17, 2016It was great at first until something breaks and they don't wanna fix it. My hot water heater busted, leaving water everywhere in my carpet apartment for a solid weed until they fixed the issue. There was mold in the windows that they knew about, the sink even stopped working and never got fixed. The living conditions was not suitable for anyone.. I finally talked to the district manager and ended my contract 5 months early- no charge because it was so terrible. No one should live here.Review from Apartments.com
