  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

    Avoid at all costs! I broke my lease due to unsanitary conditions. They had plumbers come in and cut a giant hole in my bathroom wall, taped it up and left it that way for five months! There was also a massive cockroach infestation, constant sewage back up into my apartment, they routinely shut the water off for 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. The final straw was my heater not working in the winter for over three weeks! The pool is constantly filthy and closed often. One side of the apartment ...
    is top to bottom sliding glass doors, which would be nice, but the glass is original from the 1960's and thus very thin. One month I paid $190 for electricity in a one bedroom apartment!

  • Don’t do it

    If you don’t enjoy having running water this is the perfect place for you. Utility bill is the worst I’ve ever experienced. This place has been a construction zone for over 50% of the time I’ve lived here with zero competition or lease flexibility if you want out. Don’t let the location fool you, it’s a cheap place downtown. But this place is as garbage as the piles of trash they have stacked behind the building because the dumpster is never emptied.

  • I LOVE living here!

    I’ve been living in a two bedroom apartment on the 9th floor at the Redondo Towers for the past two years and absolutely LOVE living here! It feels more like an apartment home & community than it does an apartment complex. The building management is wonderful, knows the tenants by name, and is very fast to respond to issues. On my way out to walk my dog, I stopped in the office and reported an issue. When we returned from our walk, the building maintenance manager was at my door waiting to do the ...
    repair. You cannot beat the amount of space in these apartments, and the views on the north side are incredible. We are within walking distance to so many great downtown locations, but far enough off the main drag to be very quiet at night. It’s located in the beautiful historical, Presidio neighborhood, just a block up from the art museum. The people here are so friendly. I hope to live here awhile.

  • Don't make my mistake.

    August 15, 2019
    Wonderful downtown location, that is relatively inexpensive. To off-set the price of the apartment there is an ongoing problem with little bugs biting in the night that the building does not recognize as an issue. If you do not like the moving process, great news throwing all your stuff out makes the second move a lot easier. Don't forget to ask Scott, the building manager, about any recent issues and exterminations. I am sure he will be honest with you. Cheers!

      Redondo Tower does not have a bug issue as mentioned in this review. The situation described above was remediated in August 2019 by a local, professional pest control company. Technicians who treated this apartment indicated that a couch brought into the building by the reviewer (a resident added to a lease mid-term) was likely the source of the bug problem. This documented information was provided to Redondo Tower by the pest control company which resolved the issue. Thank for the opportunity given to Redondo Tower Management to respond and to clarify.

  • The Best Place to live in Downtown Tucson!!

    Amazing view! Perfect for people who likes a nice and quiet environment. The building is conveniently located close to the streetcar station on Granada Ave. which is a perfect location for graduate students and UofA professors. Huge balcony, and lots of space. Nice historic neighborhood....I have been living here for one year!
