    This was the most horrible place I have ever lived. The management is honestly disgusting. Christmas Eve my house flooded, they didn't do much to help at all, and never turned my water back on either for THREE days. I was the only person living there at the time. The maintenance never gave a warning, they came in whenever they wanted. I am a girl and would wake up some mornings to random men in our house. With the flooding, it took weeks for them to replace the carpet and they gave no warning, ...
    they came in and yelled at us to take all our stuff out of our room and wouldn't help us move anything. This place also sold our lease out from many many other peoples and us. They will never care about you, it's all about money for them, so if you want to live somewhere safe, don't even consider this place.

    While the amenities are great, once you move out, they will charge you for damage that was there when you moved in. And will OVERCHARGE you for “damage”

  • Worst. Place. Ever

    I can’t stress it enough. Don’t live here. The management is never there, WiFi is always down, and when you do try and ask for any help they’re rude. My girlfriend also lived here and had her mattress taken from her room the same day guys came to fix a small hole in the wall. When we asked management they had no idea anyone even came into our house and no clue who they might’ve been. My girlfriend was living alone at this time... so irresponsible and dangerous. They claim they owe us nothing for ...
    the mattress too even though they furnish houses and could easily replace it. No words for this place, and this won’t be the last they hear about the mattress or how much they stink. There are so many better places to live!! Don’t do it!!
