The leasing staff are really shady when you first move in about all the negative experiences you will encounter while living here. They swore up and down that they had no bug problem. However, since I have been here for the past month I have been seeing many bugs, roaches, water bugs, creepy crawlers etc. When I first communicated the problem to the staff they were nonchalant and extremely hesitant to help. Their attempt to aid the problem is to have pest control spray the apartment but even then ...
you will see a fair amount of insects.

Red tails on the river is in a great location. The staff in the office is great. You receive nothing but good vibes from them. The resources they have at the apartment complex is great as well!
You definitely see where your money is going in regards to the staff hosting events for students often by having festivals, BBQ events, game night etc.

It's located near the riverwalk, USC's campus and with easy access to the interstate these apartments are great. Large rooms with their own bathrooms and large closets and a large living area. Pool area with a hot tub is very nice and relaxing and a 24 hour gym with tanning is available. It's also a gated community which makes you feel safe.
