Enjoyed Loved the neighborhood and the apartment. Unfortunately the high rent raise forced me to move. Talking with others they felt the same way and are thinking about moving. Paul was fantastic about answering calls to fix things. Very quick and friendly. Shall miss the quiet and safe feeling of the place.

Was alright Was good because it was a single story. Rent kept getting raised and it was cheaper to pay for a mortgage on a house. Maintenance people were awesome, same could not be said for the property manager. Would take multiple days, multiple calls, multiple visits to get something remotely resembling an answer. Then half the time what was said over the phone or in person was not correct when it came to being charged or signing leases. Short summary, layout and fact it was a single story was ...
nice. Maintenance team was good, quick, and courteous. Property management side, not so much. Also prices kept going up.

At home with Redwood The staff here have been very friendly and helpful. We wanted to move in on a very tight timeframe that I didn't think would be possible, but they made it work. We took the self-guided tour on a holiday weekend which was very helpful. We love the neighborhood so far.

This is our 1st Rental in 46 Years, and we are extremely impressed. Not only with the Apartment setting , but how very maintained it is. Everyone on said property works together, in keeping you Happy as a Renter. Management is Awesome, we could not want for Better. Our children picked this place for us in 2023, to mover closer to them and our Grandchildren, and because we've gotten older but we are resigning for 15 more months, because it feel like Home.
