Maintenance people were awesome, same could not be said for the property manager. Would take multiple days, multiple calls, multiple visits to get something remotely resembling an answer. Then half the time what was said over the phone or in person was not correct when it came to being charged or signing leases. Short summary, layout and fact it was a single story was ...nice.
