Great Tenant Experience, Disappointing Exit
October 31, 2024This property was wonderful to live in for my 15 month lease. Facilities team was always courteous and respectful of my time. Initially on move out, I was told to expect my final ledger to be sent within two weeks of my vacancy. As of today, the property manager is leaning on "legality" to justify not providing this information in a timely manner. It is incredibly disrespectful to lean into this kind of language when it comes to someone's finances. I was considering moving back to a Redwood ...community but will definitely not be doing that now. Be incredibly sure you are in a financial place to not have your deposit returned with any urgency when you leave, and be prepared to be treated like a non-priority as soon as you no longer make them money.Property Manager Responded

Best place I've lived as a renter
February 1, 2022We lived here for 15 months and just moved out a week ago due to a change in job location. We did NOT want to leave. This is the nicest rental that we have ever lived in. The maintenance was always fast and reliable, the management was always responsive and helpful. The units are beautiful and truly feel like a home, not an apartment. Sound construction, versus many newly constructed rentals that seem to cut corners. Everything was well built and put together. We loved having our own garage and ...back patio that overlooked the wooded area. The woods also have a walking trail that we would walk our dog on every day which was so peaceful. Neighbors were friendly and the only time I could hear them is if it was SILENT in our home with no fan/tv/music etc. playing. And even then the noise from neighbors was very minimal. If we could have picked this place up and moved it to our new location we would have. Definitely recommend!Property Manager Responded

The Cons Outweigh the Pros
May 20, 2020Don't be fooled by the stainless appliances, quartz counters, or the allure of a garage. I have lived in some slummy apartments, yet none have come even remotely close to matching the lack of sound deadening/insulation found here. Hard to believe that something so poorly constructed is being put up these days. Want to hear your neighbors urinate while you lay in bed at night? This is the place for you. Want to hear and feel the vibration of your neighbors closing their kitchen cabinets and ...drawers? Move right in. Enjoy hearing the folks next door hold completely audible conversations in their living room, or their TV? You're in luck. The positive reviews left for this community must be primarily left by the deaf geriatrics that comprise the majority of the population here. On the plus side: The floor plans are very good, maintenance is quick to respond (you'll be needing them), and groundskeeping/snow removal is well done.
