Great Value, Service for the Cost We lived there from 2018 to 2026. Maintenance staff and their work have been consistently prompt and thorough. One story floor plan made it easy to move; attached garage in all units kept us out of the elements. Geared towards newer, basic accommodations with construction-grade (not luxury) building features (cabinets, faucets, lights, flooring, etc).

affordable, newer rental homes. We always enjoyed our neighbors, and noise levels from adjacent apartment units were very low. Great for people looking for peace and quiet.
Redwood's broader approach to staying outside of urban, overly busy areas works well here, but also means we were 15 minutes away from the interstate and grocery stores - so don't expect instant access. Our one picky complaint was the "by-the-book" mentality of the leasing staff, who would deliver harshly worded form letters over relatively small (sometimes unintentional) infractions, threatening eviction if we didn't fix a problem immediately. Overkill to say the least. But be sure that the maintenance staff is respectful, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the apartment was working properly and safely. For the money, a great value in modern construction, with few frills in a safe and welcoming community. Would recommend to friends, and did so many times over our years living there.
