May 14, 2025Great Community but Pricey We really enjoyed living at Redwood. My husband and I brought home our first baby to Redwood. It is very family friendly, quiet, and safe. The only issue is the expensive rent (which is pretty much everywhere at this point). If we hadn’t bought our current house, we definitely would have resigned!Property Manager Responded
