15 years I lived there 15 years and had no problems with management or service. Anything that broke and needed to be repaired or replaced was done promptly. I went through 2 refrigerators one dishwasher, two hot water tanks and an oven over that time. Seems like a lot,
But that don’t make appliances like they used to so I don’t blame them

Love Redwood! Expensive but so worth it! Office and maintenance staff are the best. Great homes. I have lived there for two years and just moved to another Redwood community--I plan on many years here.

Great Community but Pricey We really enjoyed living at Redwood. My husband and I brought home our first baby to Redwood. It is very family friendly, quiet, and safe. The only issue is the expensive rent (which is pretty much everywhere at this point). If we hadn’t bought our current house, we definitely would have resigned!

Nice people but pricey Liked the staff and the places are nice; however they are a bit pricey without amenities like a pool or tennis courts, and without washer/dryer. (You must purchase your own.)

Very easy living No issues with communication

Walls are quiet
Love having my pets
My particular apartment seemed to grow a lot of mold in the bathrooms- toilets would start showing g black lines in usder a week of being cleaned
Appliances provided were old and did. It have all the shelves (freezer had zero and fridge was missing one)
