Peaceful Redwood is a great place to live. It is so peaceful. They have appreciation for their residents all the time you find gifts at your door for the holidays, pizza parties, grill parties, craft parties etc.. All free for resudents. The apartments are great with high ceilings and large rooms, 2 car garage, all downstairs, covered and screened in porches. Lawns totally taken care of. Maintenance is very fast and so nice as is the manager. A great place to call home. Moved out of state or ...

Watch out for dog dirt! Redwood Abner Creek was a wonderful place to live-right up to the time the built the additional homes. A different sort of people started moving in and the serene atmosphere was ruined. Cars were parked where they shouldnt have been, trash was visible, dog owners did not pick up after there dogs and cars went over the speed limit and played their music too loudly. People didn’t respect private space…I could go in. It was a shame to see the complex deteriorate like it did.

Maintenance staff is the magic at Redwood Justin is the main maintenance person at Redwood Greer, SC. He is by far the best amenity these Redwood communities have in the competitive rental market in Greenville, SC. I have never experienced his kind of care and commitment to residents of a complex. Wonderful apartment! Very clean, beautiful, updated apartment! I loved the neighborhood! We moved only because this was temporary as we were building a new home. I highly recommend this apartment & neighborhood!

Floors Everything went smooth with retrieving the key out of the lock box. It was nice that toilet paper, soap, paper towels, documents including welcome package, garage door openers and keys were all left on the counter. I was a little disappointed how dirty the floors were when I arrived my feet were almost black and the closet racks could of been wiped down otherwise everything else was perfect thank you
