April 3, 2025Watch out for dog dirt! Redwood Abner Creek was a wonderful place to live-right up to the time the built the additional homes. A different sort of people started moving in and the serene atmosphere was ruined. Cars were parked where they shouldnt have been, trash was visible, dog owners did not pick up after there dogs and cars went over the speed limit and played their music too loudly. People didn’t respect private space…I could go in. It was a shame to see the complex deteriorate like it did.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024Maintenance staff is the magic at Redwood Justin is the main maintenance person at Redwood Greer, SC. He is by far the best amenity these Redwood communities have in the competitive rental market in Greenville, SC. I have never experienced his kind of care and commitment to residents of a complex. He is kind, loyal, hard-working, and committed to the residents’ wellbeing and satisfaction. I have never found him to be anything but 100% competent and willing to serve the residents in any way ...possible. Redwood Greer is the wonderful community it is because of him. The property manager, Brittany, and her staff are committed to addressing the needs of residents. The end result is that residents feel cared for and secure living in the Redwood community. May 21, 2024Floors Everything went smooth with retrieving the key out of the lock box. It was nice that toilet paper, soap, paper towels, documents including welcome package, garage door openers and keys were all left on the counter. I was a little disappointed how dirty the floors were when I arrived my feet were almost black and the closet racks could of been wiped down otherwise everything else was perfect thank youProperty Manager Responded
