GOOD, BUT....... Day of move in, we tried to link our bank account to make the required move-in payments and set up future auto pays from our bank and our nationally popular bank was not supported. Not that big of a deal as there is a manual way to go about it but the manual way takes a couple of business days. POINT: Recognize the barrier this is to Move In and notify residents days in advance to supported banks....not minutes in advance. Seems like an easy fix that should've been done already. ...
When we told them we are with PNC they knew right away that PNC wasn't supported. Great! Tell us 2-3 days in advance so we're ready on move-in day vs. using a credit card and paying service fees. On the good side, Tommy walked us through, explained everything, and was very helpful. The apartment is in great condition (new build) and was ready to enjoy on Day 1.

Redwood Hartland as a retired man, i visited Redwood in Hartland to look at the project. Tom and Sara did a wonderful job showing me the apartment and answering my questions. The positives are, close to golf , shopping, ice skating, movies, restaurants, airports (FNT), and my church. The negatives are, well, um, let me think....
