November 2, 2024Wonderful Community but raised rates too often The community was quiet and enjoyable with walking trails close. The office and maintenance staff were wonderful, always attentive and pleasant. I would have stayed if the corporate group didn't raise rates so often. There were similar yet newer Condos very close that are 20 percent less. Too bad that the price gouging drives away people from renewing.Property Manager Responded
